For years, I have been telling people about this show that came to my grade school in Cleveland in the 1980s. I think I saw the show in maybe 1985 or 1986 (the Immaculate Conception School on Superior Avenue). I couldn't remember the name of the show, only the character's name of Nikki Teen. I'm amazed I finally found this site...and so happy this show is still being performed. I am 36 now and I have never smoked, I've never done any drugs, I've always worn a seatbelt, and have always remembered the puppets that came to my school to tell me to do all these good things. Interestingly, my friends who have smoked and done drugs never saw a show like this when they were young. I bet this is not a coincidence. Thanks for coming to my school all those years ago and setting me on a good path in life. Thanks for being so memorable and for keeping this show going.
